COVID Policy

The health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. Please take a moment to take note of how we are providing a safe environment to welcome our guests into.

We have rigorous procedures and routines in place at The Old Kennels regarding enhanced cleaning and physical distancing in accordance with Government guidelines.

Enhanced Cleaning

• Rooms are thoroughly sanitised between visits 
• High-touch areas, such as gates, door handles and remote controls, are disinfected and cleaned regularly
• Hand alcohol is provided
• Loose items such as pens, note pads and information material have been kept to a minimum
• Non-essential items such as throws, cushions and ornaments can be removed upon request

Physical Distancing

• We adhere to current Government guidelines regarding social distancing, currently 2 metres and 1 metre where not practicable
